Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the tk6333 platform. By accessing or using tk6333 you agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this document.
The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:
By accessing the tk6333 platform, completing the registration process, logging in to an existing Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or casino wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, the tk6333 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or terms applicable to specific games or promotions published on the Platform.
These Terms & Conditions supersede all previous versions. The most current version is always available at https://tk6333.app/terms-conditions. We recommend that you review this document periodically to remain informed of any updates.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions is published constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account, make a deposit, or place any wager on the tk6333 platform. This requirement is strictly enforced. tk6333 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances. If we have reasonable grounds to believe a User is under 18 years of age, we will immediately suspend the Account, freeze any Balance, and initiate an age verification review. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be voided and forfeited.
The tk6333 platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction. tk6333 makes no representation that the services are lawful in all locations from which the Platform may be technically accessible.
Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered Account on tk6333. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balance held within them.
You must register your Account using your own true name and accurate personal information. You may not register on behalf of a third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
To create a tk6333 Account you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number, choose a secure password, and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of this Agreement. You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete, and you undertake to update your Account information promptly if any detail changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any one-time verification codes (OTPs) sent to your phone. You must not disclose your password to any third party. tk6333 will never ask you to provide your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify the tk6333 support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. tk6333 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the User has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
tk6333 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing the first withdrawal, or at any time our risk management systems flag an Account for review. Acceptable verification documents include government-issued photo identification ( such as a National Identity Card, Passport, or Driving Licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address, and where applicable, documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by tk6333 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account suspension.
tk6333 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published on the Cashier page of the Platform and may be updated periodically. It is your responsibility to review the current limits before initiating a transaction. tk6333 reserves the right to apply individual account-level transaction limits based on account status, verification level, or risk assessment outcomes.
Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are ordinarily processed within thirty (30) minutes of submission during normal operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. tk6333 does not accept liability for delays caused by the payment processor, mobile money operator, or receiving bank after the withdrawal has been dispatched from the Platform's systems.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit on the Account, or to a verified payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. tk6333 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy is in place to protect players from fraud and to comply with applicable financial regulations.
All Account balances, bonuses, bets, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk6333 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any conversion charges applied by your payment provider or bank are your sole responsibility and will not be reimbursed by the Platform.
If your Account remains inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, tk6333 may classify the Account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the Account Balance, until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. You will be notified by the registered contact method before any inactivity fee is applied.
tk6333 offers a 200% match bonus on a new player's first qualifying deposit, subject to the minimum deposit threshold published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. Welcome Bonus funds are credited to the Account as Bonus Funds and are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Clause 6.3 below.
Promotional offers are available to eligible registered Account holders in good standing. tk6333 reserves the right to exclude any Account from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or manipulation of promotional terms. Each promotional offer may carry its own specific eligibility criteria, which will be published alongside the offer.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for all Bonus Funds on tk6333 is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable real-money balance.
Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots and fishing games typically contribute 100% of each stake. Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Sports betting wagers placed at minimum odds of 1.5 contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates for each game category are published on the Promotions page.
Bonus Funds that have not been fully wagered within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of crediting will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated. Any real-money winnings generated from expired Bonus Funds prior to their expiry and already converted to the real-money Balance are unaffected.
tk6333 has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the Welcome Bonus more than once; placing low-risk hedging bets designed to guarantee a wagering requirement is met with minimal risk exposure; using automated software or bots to place wagers on bonus balance; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, tk6333 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, remove any winnings generated from those Bonus Funds, and permanently suspend the Account.
All bets placed on tk6333 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific game or sport rule, the specific rule shall prevail in respect of that game or sport only.
tk6333 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted as a result of a technical error, a system malfunction, a data feed error, or where the odds offered were materially incorrect due to a manifest error on the part of the Platform. A manifest error is defined as an error that would be obvious to a reasonable person. In such cases, voided bets will be refunded to the Account Balance at the original stake amount.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet or per round are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. tk6333 reserves the right to impose account-level stake limits on any Account at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are identified.
All cricket betting markets on tk6333 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, BCCI, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced by weather, or declared a no-result, affected markets will be settled in accordance with the specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform's sportsbook section.
Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected sporting events. tk6333 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice. Bets accepted during a suspension period due to a technical fault will be voided. Bets accepted prior to a suspension will stand unless otherwise required by the applicable sport rules.
You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the tk6333 platform:
Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.
All content on the tk6333 platform — including but not limited to the tk6333 brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, audio, video, and structural layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of tk6333 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of tk6333.
Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by tk6333 under licence. Players have no rights to that content beyond the right to play those games through the Platform interface.
tk6333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at https://tk6333.app/privacy-policy and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
tk6333 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform's servers. Account credentials are stored using cryptographic hashing. tk6333 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers (payment processors, identity verification partners, fraud detection services) where necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil regulatory obligations. All such third-party partners are bound by data protection obligations equivalent to those applied by tk6333.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk6333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tk6333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, howsoever caused and under any theory of liability, even if tk6333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
tk6333 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary Platform unavailability. tk6333 will endeavour to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance via the Platform's announcements channel.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tk6333 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
You may close your tk6333 Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money Balance. Bonus Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are ordinarily processed within 48 hours of receipt.
tk6333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of this Agreement; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud; failure to comply with KYC requirements within the specified timeframe; detection of multi-accounting or bonus abuse; receipt of a chargebacks or disputed transaction from your payment provider; or any conduct that tk6333 determines poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.
Upon termination of your Account, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Any real-money Balance at the time of termination for cause may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation confirms a breach of this Agreement. Bonus Funds are forfeited in all termination scenarios.
